Through the combination of our wide format digital printing and mounting services we can produce 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzles of your favorite images including digital camera photos, hard copy images such as original photos, and many other images sources!

Finished size puzzles are 702 x 500mm, printed in highest quality full colour with long life pigment inks onto high quality photo media. The prints are mounted to acid-free backing card, then cut in a huge hydraulic press. The pieces are then bagged and boxed complete with full colour images of the print applied to the outside of the box, and to a card included inside - ready to send to you!

How it works:

1. Send Us Your Image. Send either a digital file or an original print, which we can scan and will return with your finished jigsaw.
2. Set-up and Quality Check. We will set-up your image to the correct size and include a border. If the image quality is not of a suitable quality, we will contact you BEFORE we print.
3. Create The Jigsaw. We will then create the jigsaw and presentation box.
4. Send To You. We will send you the finished jigsaw within 5 working days of receiving your order.
